Return & Refund policy
Statutory Cancellation & Return Rights
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. You have a further 14 days after indicating your decision to cancel your order to then return your product(s) to us. To properly complete your return and be eligible for a refund, we require that you join a receipt or proof of purchase inside the returned package or envelope. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if the shipment of the item(s) back to us has been paid by us).
All costs and charges incurred by you in order to initially receive your order (subsequently cancelled) shall be strictly non-refundable.
All costs and charges incurred by you in order to ship back to us any goods subject to a cancelled order (whether such goods are faulty, unwanted or incorrectly ordered) shall be borne solely by you and shall be strictly non-refundable.
Refunds & Replacements
1) Faulty Goods
In the event that sold items are faulty, then you are entitled to a refund or a replacement whether such items were sold on sale or not. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you.
2) Unwanted Goods
Only unwanted items which were sold at full price may be refunded if they meet the conditions explained below under section 2.1 of the present policy. Sale items cannot be refunded if they are unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods.
2.1 Returned Unwanted Goods MUST be in perfect condition for resale
Please return goods unused, in original unopened packaging and in perfect condition for resale. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made upon receipt of the returned goods provided that upon examination by us of the returned goods, such returned goods are still unused, in original unopened packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
2.2 Decision to Refund or Not based on the Condition of the Returned Unwanted Goods
Should the returned goods not be unused, in original unopened packaging and in perfect condition for resale, we reserve the right to deny full or partial refund to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the rejection of your refund (full or partial rejection).

Should you order an item in the wrong size and/or colour while the website properly indicated the size and/or colour of the ordered item, we reserve the right to deny full or partial refund to you.
4) Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Several types of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods are exempt from being returned and refunded even if they are still unused, in original unopened packaging and in perfect condition:
- Perishable goods such as food, frozen food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned or refunded. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- personalised items and custom-made items, eg curtains.
- newspapers and magazines.
- unwrapped CDs, DVDs and computer software.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
All such above-listed products will only be refunded if they are faulty.
5) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
